I am grateful that you have chosen one of my limited edition prints. I strive to offer the best available quality using a state-of-the-art printer, paper, and technique.
The photographs are made at my studio and are printed only on Hahnemühle Photo Rag Ultra Smooth, 305 gsm 100% Cotton paper, acid-free, ISO 9706 conform, museum quality for highest age resistance. Using Canon Lucia Pro inks that meet the highest archival standards. If you purchased framed artwork note that the tape used is produced in accordance with ISO 9706, acid-free, age-resistant, Neschen Filmoplast P90.
The print is embossed with – Nicholas Wave Authentic – mark. The stamp on the back of the print includes the signature, information about the edition, year, and a unique code that helps against edition forgery – all using Hahnemühle pigment liner and Epson pigment ink. The unique code is also handwritten in my notebook.
All prints are available for sale in a limited edition of 10 or 30. The Certificate of authenticity, Artist Proof – Letter of provenance, and this letter are also printed on archival paper: Epson Archival Matte Paper, 189 gsm, with pigment inks.
Please consider framing the work with museum-grade ultra-violet glass/acrylic and store or display the work in an environment with a humidity of 35 to 65% and a temperature of 10 to 30 degrees Celsius (50-86 F). When mounting and framing please use only archive grade tapes and glues (acid-free). Following these guidelines ensures a great lifetime of the print and will last more generations.
Yearly I present 27-54 photographs in a personal exhibition. The photographs are printed in a secured location, the files are never given away to third-party photography labs, and the original full-size files are never available online.
